  The curds were freshly bagged for us in store. They were incredibly fresh and squeaky. We found a really great cheese themed shot glass, we also got a cheese slicer which came in handy. The farm smelt of fresh manure, which just went to remind you that it's a small operation.

  Yellowstone Cheese is my little taste of home. I used to go here all the time with my dad when I lived back in Jim Falls to try the squeakiest of cheese curds. Now, since I've moved away to Florida, I have their cheese curds shipped to me, to remember home and keep my Wisconsin heart happy. The cheese here is wonderful, besides the cheese curds, with so many different varieties. They seem to love experimenting and trying out new things. I particularly like the garlic herb cheese. But, if you want something more than just cheese, they also sell things like honey and pure maple syrup in the store as well. Overall, Yellowstone makes the best cheese curds I know and will keep ordering from them, wherever I end up next!
